It was a bit primitive, actually, as the owners built everything themselves. There was no aircon, or heating except for a baby sized wood burning stove. The water pressure was so bad that the hot water in the kitchen sink almost never worked and we had to put a bucket in the shower to do the dishes :-). It was super cheap though, which helps when you're a student.
They had sheep, not produce, unfortunately, but as far as I know they're still there. They were on the far edge of the developed area where the hills were getting too steep for large scale development. The driveway was the stuff of nightmares :-D
And yes, that sounds like a plan. See you then. I hope the weather has settled down a bit by then. They are forecasting super hot all week :-(
