Have done 3 and two halves out of six selection criteria and am getting distracted by Andy watching Pirates of the Caribean in the other room.

Also getting distracted by things like this.

Not that it's hard to be distracted from selection criteria likes 'Focuses strategically', which sounds more like the sort of thing Archimedes was into.....
