Rush hour
It took a whole 14 minutes for my taxi to get down Waymouth St from King William st to Light square this evening. I can walk that in about 3. And nearly 40 to get to the airport. l'm sure l've made the journey in half that time in the past.
Also hay fever. It had receded to being a minor irritation the last couple of months but in the last two weeks it has returned with a vengeance. l don't know if that is downto the weather encouraging things to flower again or just something which has only come into season now. ither way I am off to Canberra for two days which might either spell relief or a whole new set if allergens.
