Feast for Fields of Steel

I had the feast dream again last night, although this was a new variation which also featured a Dragon Age character. I assume it was because I have been thinking a bit about the cooking arrangements for Fields of Steel, the rapier event I am catering for in September. Anyway, it prompted me to post the menu here. The theme is fifteenth century Italian.
Primo
Zanzarelli (a light soup with cheesy egg 'streaks')
Torta bolognese (herb cheesecake)
Copiette (fried beef w/ coriander)
Broccoli romanesco (just broccoli, basically)
Porri (like onion rings, but with leeks)
Secundo
Limonia di polli (chicken in lemon sauce)
Haedus in alio (roast lamb with verjuice)
Gnocchi (yes, they had gnocchi - it was made with soft cheese, not potato)
Finnochio (sauteed fennel and leeks)
Rape e cariota (roast root vegetables)
Tertio
Diriole (custard tarts)
Perre bullire (pears in red wine)
Lacte gelatino (jellied milk)
Caliscione (marzipan pastries)
