The busyness of October
Oct. 13th, 2011 10:16 pmSo far we've had school holidays, picnics, and sleepovers. This weekend Erin has a birthday party, and I was going to take the boys to the Boffer, Brew and Bake day Elena le Breustere is trying to get going, but I need to see the doctor about some test results (hopefully mostly routine apart from the disappearing ovary) before I go away and Saturday is the only day I can get in.
Then I'll be in Canberra all next week (assuming I don't spend half of it stuck in airports), and the day after I get back, I am taking the kids to the Feast of Blessed Herman, which is a sort day-evening event in a park this year. And the following weekend, is my work family picnic.
And on top of this, another of Andy's elderly relatives in Millicent passed away today. Fortunately it looks like they can hold the funeral off until after next week, so noplans (or flights) need to be rearranged, but Andy will have to squeeze a trip to Millicent in all this.
