Last week  I managed to get my nose on my knee for the first time ever in Janu Sirsasana, but then we did spend almost a whole yoga class doing hamstring stretching poses first.

And something is eating our oranges while they are still on the tree. I am badly hoping it is a possum or a bird, not fruit fly.
