Yoga withdrawal and other crankiness....

I was going to do some yoga on the weekend, but I didn't, because I thought 'I have a class on Monday I can wait'; and doing yoga with the kids around is a bit tricky because Ashwyn always comes and sits on me. Bridge pose with a 15kg toddler sitting on your stomach is somewhat interesting....
Anyway, of course my yoga class was cancelled twenty minutes before it was due to start. So I thought 'I know, I'll book myself in for a massage, I've been meaning to do that for a couple of weeks' - and the place I get massages is closed for two weeks for renovations. Aargh!
I have been neglecting my yoga practice lately, with being sick and all, and realised today that my spine is not happy as a consequence. It's too easy to get all slumpy (and not in the good, cherry cobbler way) when you're really tired, and then slumpy gets to be a habit...
So I am stiff and tired (because having a stiff neck was keeping me awake last night; and Liam got up at 4:30am and had to have the toilet door opened for him) and cranky.
In better news, apparently Them Next Door have now banned the 15 yr old from having anymore parties (the rowdies were gate crashers and they were thoroughly unimpressed).
I did get the computer out to do some work on the budget for my Ball, but between this and Skype I have done nothing.
