Maybe getting there....

So it's been a mixed sort of a week. Liam was much better the next day after he and Ashwyn both got a decent night's sleep. But a bit mixed on both fronts since. Ashwyn, at least seems to be getting there. Last night he stayed, not in his bed (the cot), but in the bottom bunk in the boys' room. The two nights before that when I went to get him up in the morning he had spent the night in Liam's bed. Tonight Andy has put the cot away in the Shed of Mildew (hopefully for the last time - now there's an odd little pang), and Ashwyn is in the bottom bunk. He missed his nap today so he went straight to sleep anyway. But we might be getting there.

On Tuesday I had an ultrasound of my ankle. There are no apparent tears etc which is good, as I'm assuming that would have meant surgery. But there is still some fluid in there, and one of the ligaments is enlarged, which is consistent with a strain. So the doctor has said no heels for me for at least a month *pout* I may have to buy another pair of shoes. Just on principle, you know :-). And spend a lot of time in Viparita Karani (lying on the floor with one's legs up a wall).
